How do I follow my order?

Every order has a live page that updates itself as the order moves from accepted, to being prepared, to on its way. You do not need to refresh it. The link is in your confirmation email, and signed-in customers find it under Orders.

Can I cancel after ordering?

Freely, until the shop accepts. After that it depends on how far preparation has got — contact support and we will sort it out with the shop. Once food is being cooked, someone has already paid for the ingredients.

Question 3

The delivery is late. What now?

Accepted Answer

The tracking page shows where the order actually is, which is usually the fastest answer. If it has stalled, contact support with the order number and we will chase the shop or the courier directly.

Question 4

Something was missing or wrong.

Accepted Answer

Report it from the order page while the order is still recent. Tell us what was missing rather than only that something was — it is what lets us refund the right amount straight away instead of asking twice.

Question 5

Can I have the order left at the door?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add it as a delivery note at checkout, and add anything the courier needs to actually find you — a gate code, a back entrance, which of four identical doors is yours.

Question 6

Do you deliver to my address?

Accepted Answer

Enter your address and the shops that can reach it are the ones you will see. We cover 35 Danish cities; how many shops you get depends on which of them have joined near you.

Question 7

When is my card actually charged?

Accepted Answer

The amount is reserved when you place the order and only taken once the shop accepts it. If the shop cannot take the order, the reservation is released and nothing is charged — depending on your bank, the reservation can take a few days to disappear from your statement.

Are prices the same as in the shop?

The shop sets its own prices and we do not mark them up. All prices are shown including VAT, and delivery and any service fee are shown before you pay, never after.

How long does a refund take?

We issue it immediately once it is agreed. How quickly it appears is up to your bank — usually one to three working days, occasionally up to five.

Does the tip go to the courier?

All of it, every time. Tips are not commissioned by the platform and are not part of what the shop is charged on.

Question 11

Can I pay with a gift card or wallet credit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Credit is applied last, after any discount, and reduces what your card is charged rather than changing the value of the order. Anything left over stays on your balance.

Do I need an account to order?

Accepted Answer

No. You can order as a guest and track it from the link in your confirmation email. An account saves your addresses and keeps your order history in one place.

Question 13

I did not get a sign-in link.

Accepted Answer

Check spam first — magic links land there more often than anywhere else. If it is still missing after a few minutes, request a new one; the old link stops working as soon as a new one is issued.

Question 14

How do I change or delete my address?

Accepted Answer

Under Account → Addresses. Deleting an address does not touch orders already delivered to it — those are kept as part of the order record.

What data do you keep, and can I have it deleted?

Only what is needed to deliver an order and meet Danish bookkeeping rules. You can request access, correction, deletion and a copy of your data at any time; the privacy policy sets out exactly what we hold, who sees it and how to ask.

I run a shop and want to join.

The partner site sets out what onboarding involves and what you get, and the rate is agreed with you before you sign anything. Getting live takes an afternoon of your time and a couple of working days of ours.

Every job shows what it pays before you accept it, tips are yours in full, and payouts run weekly. The courier page has the requirements and how to apply.

A shop I like is not on WowDelivery.

Accepted Answer

Tell us which one. A named request from a customer who already orders there is the single most useful thing for getting a shop signed, and we do act on them.
