We collect the minimum needed to deliver your order: your name, delivery address, phone number, email and your order history.
Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never store your card number — only the last four digits and the card type, so you can recognise it next time.
The merchant gets what it needs to pack the order. The courier gets your address and phone number until the delivery is complete, and not afterwards.
We do not sell your data. We only send marketing if you have opted in, and you can opt out again in one click.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data. Write to privacy@wowdelivery.com and we will answer within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
