These terms govern your use of the WowDelivery platform. By placing an order you accept them.
WowDelivery is an intermediary. The contract for the goods themselves is between you and the merchant. We handle ordering, payment and delivery on the merchant's behalf.
Prices are shown including VAT. Delivery and any service fee are shown before you pay. The amount is authorised when you order and captured once the merchant accepts it.
You can cancel an order until the merchant accepts it. After that it depends on how far preparation has got — contact support and we will find a solution.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods, or to food delivered at an agreed time.
