For merchants
Sell on WowDelivery
Your shop, online in an afternoon. You keep your range, your prices and your opening hours. We handle being found, being paid and being delivered — and we tell you exactly what that costs before you sign anything.
- 15% commission
- On goods only — the platform default
- Weekly payouts
- Reconcilable line by line
- No couriers needed
- Or use your own, if you have them
What you actually get
An order screen that survives a Friday
New orders land on one screen with a countdown and one button to accept. When the kitchen is under water, one more button stops new orders without taking the shop offline.
Delivery without your own couriers
Every order is matched to a delivery partner automatically — cheapest, fastest or a partner you prefer, your choice. Already have your own drivers? They plug in as just another option.
Your range, your prices
Products, variants, add-ons, stock and opening hours are yours to change whenever you like. Nothing you set here is overridden by us.
Money you can audit
Every order stores the exact inputs its total was calculated from, so a disputed line from eight months ago can be replayed rather than argued about.
Found by people nearby
Search, categories, and browsing by occasion rather than by cuisine — a bakery shows up under “sweet tooth” at four in the afternoon, not only under “bakery”.
Printer and POS, if you use them
Kitchen printers are supported directly, and the order feed can be pushed into a POS instead of a screen where an integration exists.
What it costs, honestly
Commission is a percentage of what you sell, and nothing else is charged on top of it. There is no monthly fee, no listing fee and no charge for the order screen.
The rate
The platform default is 15%. It is stored per shop, so a category with different economics can be agreed differently — but whatever rate you agree is fixed before you sign, visible in your own dashboard, and does not move because a weekend got busy.
Rates are set per merchant. 15% is the platform default, not a floor or a ceiling.
What commission is charged on
- The value of the goods you sold, after any discount was applied.
- The delivery fee — that pays the courier and the delivery partner.
- The platform service fee — the customer pays that to us, not through you.
- Tips — those go to the courier in full.
- Packaging fees you set yourself.
When a discount runs
If the platform funds a campaign, you are reimbursed the discounted amount and your commission is calculated as though the customer paid full price. If you fund your own offer, it comes out of your side. Which is which is agreed per campaign, never assumed.
Getting paid
Payouts run weekly by default, with daily, fortnightly and monthly available. Each payout comes with a statement showing gross sales, commission, refunds and adjustments, so it reconciles against your own books rather than requiring faith.
How onboarding actually goes
Five steps. The parts that need you take an afternoon; the part that needs us takes a couple of working days.
Profile and company details
Shop name, type, CVR number and VAT registration. This is what customers see and what invoices are issued against.
You · 15 minutes
Documents and payout account
Business registration, any licences your category requires, and the bank account payouts go to. Account details are encrypted at rest.
You · 20 minutes
Venue, hours and delivery area
Where you cook or pick from, when you are open, and how far you are willing to deliver. Multiple venues are supported from day one.
You · 30 minutes
Products and prices
Categories, products, variants and add-ons. Small ranges are typed in; a large catalogue can be imported or brought over from your POS.
You · an afternoon
Review and go live
We check the documents and the catalogue and switch the shop on. Until then it is a draft, invisible to customers.
Us · 1–2 working days
A shop only becomes orderable once it is approved, has at least one published venue and has an opening window that is actually open. That rule is enforced by the platform, which is why a customer never gets to an order you cannot fulfil.
What merchants ask first
Start with a conversation, not a contract
Tell us what you sell and which city you are in. We will come back with the rate, what it would look like for your range, and what onboarding would take — the same working day.
